To set up the Kyper USB Bluetooth V5.3 Adapter, follow these steps:

1. Insert the Adapter into the USB Port

  • Plug the Kyper USB Bluetooth V5.3 adapter into an available USB port on your computer, laptop, or other devices that support USB connections.
  • If using a desktop, try to plug the adapter into a port that is easily accessible, either in the front or rear of your system.

2. Install Drivers

  • Automatic Installation:

    • Most modern operating systems (like Windows 10/11) should automatically detect the adapter and begin installing the necessary drivers when you plug it in.
    • After the installation completes, you may see a notification stating that the Bluetooth device is ready to use.

3. Enable Bluetooth

After the adapter is installed, you’ll need to enable Bluetooth on your system.

  • Windows:
    1. Go to the Start Menu and open Settings.
    2. Navigate to Devices > Bluetooth & other devices.
    3. Toggle the Bluetooth switch to On (if it's not already).
  • macOS:
    1. USKyper-45BT is not compatible with Mac OS

4. Pair Devices

Once Bluetooth is enabled, you can pair your devices:

  • Windows:
    1. In the Bluetooth & other devices section, click on Add Bluetooth or other device.
    2. Select Bluetooth.
    3. Your computer will search for nearby Bluetooth devices. Once they appear, select the device you want to connect to, and follow any additional pairing instructions (such as entering a PIN).

5. Test the Connection

  • After pairing, check that the Bluetooth device is connected correctly by transferring a file, playing music, or testing any functionality that requires the Bluetooth connection (e.g., wireless speakers, mouse, keyboard).

6. Troubleshooting (if needed)

  • Driver Issues: If the adapter isn't working correctly, ensure that the latest drivers are installed by emailing Kyper support at the address above. Reinstall the drivers if necessary.
  • USB Port: Try plugging the adapter into a different USB port if it's not working in the one you initially chose. Some USB ports might not provide enough power or might have connectivity issues.
  • Device Interference: Bluetooth can be affected by interference from other wireless devices. If you experience connection problems, try moving the adapter or the Bluetooth device to reduce interference.
  • Bluetooth audio can only be connected to one device at a time, please ensure all other previously connected devices are disconnected.
